We’re Adam and Simran, two passionate chefs who met while studying Culinary Management at Humber College. Our shared love for food led us to further our expertise in Baking and Pastry Arts Management, where we honed our craft and developed a deep appreciation for high-quality, clean ingredients.

Cooking has been a part of our lives since childhood, and over the years, our love for food has only grown stronger. With three years of culinary school under our belts, we take pride in reimagining classic flavors, blending technique with creativity to craft unforgettable treats. That’s why we founded A Couple of Sweets—a place where every dessert is made with integrity, free from artificial sweeteners, colors, and flavors.
